- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. When you book a call we collect the details you provide to our scheduling provider.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp) for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement;
- schedule and conduct calls you request;
- keep the website secure and diagnose technical problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for unsolicited marketing.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors to run this site. Each handles data under its own privacy terms:
- Vercel for website hosting and server logs.
- Zoho Mail for delivery and storage of contact-form emails.
- Calendly for call scheduling, when you choose to book.
- Google Fonts for typefaces, self-hosted at build time so no request is made to Google from your browser.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party tools such as the scheduling widget may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, and then for a reasonable period for our business records. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to our use of it. Email hello@beyondpixl.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
